nettle 3.0

Hi guys,

As you may have noticed, I uploaded Nettle 3.0 to experimental a while ago. 
I'm not planning on uploading it to unstable until GnuTLS is ready for it, 
however. I think I've tested building all dependent packages with nettle-dev 
3.0 and all of them compile, except gnutls28, which seems to be affected by 
the API changes and/or use internal fields. What do you think? Can we get 
Nettle 3.0 into jessie? Do we need to?
