arguably, the "main executable" in gnutls-bin is either gnutls-cli or
gnutls-serv, but i think this is a good idea anyway.
I've just sent a patch.
I don't think it's a matter of debian-policy, fwiw (though it might be
nice to adjust policy to make this recommendation).
