What is insane with this: You may copy, it, you may distribute it, you
may modify it, you may distribute modified copies.  The copyright
noticed is distributed with libska as required.

copyright is not about code but about text.  Even if it would be, it is
highly questionable whether the formal description of a protocol is per
se a copyright-able work.
