This issue has already been fixed in the master branch of the upstreams
git repository. The patch can be downloaded at:
https://gitlab.com/gnutls/libtasn1/commit/ebd4f871b5241809f6a5b461444a6d331e15c949.patch

Please speak up if you want help with backporting and NMUing this fix
(and/or if you have plans to handle it yourself).
