Package: libgcrypt20-dev
Version: 1.8.5-3
Severity: minor

Hello,

I know this is not really a big deal these days that usr-merge is the
default on (new) installations, but for consistancy could you please
move the .pc file from / to /usr?

libgcrypt20-dev is apparently the last package to install the pkg-config
file in / unstead of /usr

Thanks

Laurent Bigonville
