Dear developers;
I am running Linux version 4.9.0-11-686-pae (Debian Stretch
6.3.0-18+deb9u1) on a old system and I've using Evolution for long time
without any problem, the installed version is 3.22.6 and after Apr/21 I
was not able to receive or send emails.
I get this error"
?????? "Error performing TLS handshake: Internal error in memory allocation."
Seems to be the problem has been identify:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/1876286
And the solution to the problem is to update is to update my library for
gnuTLS from 3.5 to 3.6
The problem is that I don't know how to force that library to update. I
tried with Synaptic to no avail.
Could you help me here and give some directions or advice on how to do
that. Or maybe you guys know that an update is imminent so it is a
matter of just waiting for few days...
Please, let me know.
