Hello,

I would like to drop the GnuTLS OpenSSL-Wrapper library from Debian like
other distros already did. It has not seen any significant activity
upstream for ages and since Debian has taken to treat OpenSSL as a
system library there is no need for using the GnuTLS OpenSSL-wrapper
even for GPLv2 software.

wput dores not seem to offer linking directly against openssl currently
but it should be straightforward.
