[pkg-go] fleet packaging trouble with "go install"

[Potter, Tim (Cloud Services)]

Ping.  Does anyone have a spare moment to look at this?  I’m hoping this is a really easy answer as both etcd and fleet are very similar so the packaging should be similar as well.
