Since today, it is possible to build stage1.aci with the
"usr-from-host" flavor, meaning that the build does not require access
to internet and it does not bundle systemd. When built in this way,
rkt has a run-time dependency on systemd-v220.

I hope this will make things easier for packagers. Let me know if you
have issues when trying this.
