[pkg-go] gcsfuse -- fuse file system for Google Cloud Storage

Sorry for the late reply, I was away most of last week.

It’s a bunch of dependencies we’re talking about, so a considerable amount
of work. I’ve started working on dh-make-golang to make this task
significantly easier. I’ll try to get a couple of your dependencies
packaged using dh-make-golang in the next couple of days and will report
back.
