[pkg-go] gcsfuse -- fuse file system for Google Cloud Storage

All dependencies are now in Debian. gcsfuse itself doesn’t build in version
0.2.0 (latest release at the time of writing). I think it’ll need
https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/gcsfuse/commit/67f8851aa119f3e2d9f433389a5c4101488e822f
Can you do a new release please?
