[pkg-go] Bug#794454: src:dh-make-golang has incorrect Vcs-*

Vcs-Git and Vcs-Browser point to "golang-github-debian-dh-make-golang"
instead of just "dh-make-golang".

I've attached a simple patch which could be used to correct these. :)
