I agree that policy regarding naming of -dev packages is important but I also  
believe that there is no reason to rename source package. It is unnecessary 
and I'd much like to keep it as "influxdb" -- if this is against the policy 
than I suggest to amend policy to avoid enforcing name of the source package.

Anyway this bug is not about source package.
