[pkg-go] golang-uuid --> golang-github-pborman-uuid

We currently have this package in packages/golang-uuid.git, whereas
there is a golang-github-pborman-uuid.git that never got uploaded
because of the duplication. This is pretty confusing.

I am going to remove the latter, and rename the former (adding a
compatibility symlink), so the repo is in a saner state :)
