 "crypt" by XOR Data Exchange Inc. is both a stand-alone command-line tool
 and a Go library that can be used to store and retrieve encrypted configs
 from etcd or Consul.

 It uses user-provided application-specific GPG keyring pairs for encryption
 and decryption.

Reason for packaging:
 "github.com/xordataexchange/crypt" is needed by
 "github.com/spf13/viper" (Go configuration with fangs), which is needed by
 "github.com/spf13/hugo" Hugo the static website generator.

To be maintained within the pkg-go team.
