[pkg-go] RFS: a clutch of small go packages

Hi Michael.  Just circling back to this and discovered I didn’t push my repo and reply.
I’ve updated the repo with both your comments.

Thanks for the link to dh-make-golang.  I’ve been packaging by running dh-make
—single then cutting and pasting from older repos.  It’s a bit error prone as you have
seen.  Will try it out for my next Go package.
