Automated builds of golang-github-miekg-mmark have been failing due to
the autobuilders' policy of disregarding alternatives in most cases
for the sake of reproducibility (as in golang-github-vbatts-tar-split
bug #798725):

  The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   sbuild-build-depends-golang-github-miekg-mmark-dummy : Depends: golang-github-burntsushi-toml-dev but it is not installable

Please accommodate this policy by flipping the build dependency

  golang-github-burntsushi-toml-dev | golang-toml-dev

until golang-github-burntsushi-toml-dev hits unstable.
