Thank you for your bug report.  It is a known issue: About two weeks
ago, I uploaded a new version of golang-github-spf13-afero which
contains an API change, which would require an upload of a
corresponding newer version of hugo, but I decided to wait a few more
days before doing so to allow hugo to enter testing.  However, as it
happened, I was over a week late in doing so, hence the FTBFS due to
API mismatch.

Thank you for the reminder.  The problem should be fixed with my
upload of the latest golang-github-spf13-afero and hugo snapshots
today.  :-)
