[pkg-go] Bug#822146: docker-registry: fails to build with updated azure-sdk

My solution would be to ship a vendored azure-sdk. Needed is 97d9593 (distribution-2.3.1/Godeps/Godeps.json),
that's the same as currently in sid (1.2~git20150611.0.97d9593-2).

Please tell if you have any objections.

That's quite a mess with the azure-sdk ... :-/
