[pkg-go] Unused packages

Hello!

I removed ngrok from the archive (not maintained upstream). I did
package a number of dependencies using the "old" convention:

golang-goyaml-dev, still used by slt
golang-log4go-dev, unused
golang-metrics-dev, still used by containerd, etcd, skydns and golang-github-cyberdelia-go-metrics-graphite
golang-termbox-dev, unused
golang-vhost-dev, still used by slt
golang-websocket-dev, still used by hugo and golang-github-docker-spdystream
golang-bindata-dev, unused

Can I file a removal for golang-bindata-dev, golang-termbox-dev and
golang-log4go-dev?

slt is from the same upstream author than ngrok. It has not been updated
in ages either. I put dkg in copy of this mail in case he feels that the
package is not relevant anymore. If it was to be removed,
golang-goyaml-dev and golang-vhost-dev could also be removed.
