[pkg-go] golang-codegangsta-cli and upstream branch

Hey!

I would like to update golang-codegangsta-cli package to a new upstream
version. Upstream is now using versions. There is already a d/watch
file. However, there is no upstream branch. There is pristine-tar and
unstable. Maybe somebody has the upstream branch lying around?
Otherwise, what should I do? Just create this upstream branch? Or also
rename unstable to master?
