Uhm, pretty surprising naming for the binary.. Anyway, we need to solve
this. Changing mtail's name could be done, but I don't know what else to
call it, alternatively I don't mind conflicting with monkeytail.

At the same time, I wonder if monkeytail is going to stay around. The
upstream project has vanished, and the last release was 8 years ago.
