[pkg-go] Bug#832975: syncthing: Syncthing systemd user files are in wrong directory

Package: syncthing
Version: 0.14.0+dfsg1-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The syncthing package installs the systemd user unit in path

/lib/systemd/user/syncthing.service

However, according to "man systemd.unit", systemd does not check that directory
for user unit files; the correct one is

/usr/lib/systemd/user/

That causes the command

systemctl --user enable syncthing.service

to fail with the following message:

Failed to enable unit: No such file or directory

Thanks for packaging syncthing!
