[pkg-go] Bug#833386: robustirc-bridge: init script can't stop daemon: unable to stat //robustirc-bridge (No such file or directory)

Dear Michael,

trying to stop the robustirc-bridge daemon on a system with sysvinit as
init system fails for me as follows on multiple machines:

# service robustirc-bridge stop
start-stop-daemon: unable to stat //robustirc-bridge (No such file or directory)

The following patch fixes the issue for me:
