[pkg-go] I need review/sponsorship of 2 new go packages

A bit late (sorry, I had not been working much on pkg-go the last few
weeks). I see that asciinema is already in the archive, and with a newer
version number than the one in the pkg-go repo..

Looking at the repo in collab-maint (the one referenced from the version
in the archive), the changelog seems unrelated. I guess you should bump
the version to a higher number?
