[pkg-go] gocryptfs

I've prepared three candidate Go packages:

#839395 - https://github.com/davesteele/crypto/
#839402 - https://github.com/davesteele/eme

First, I'm not a Go programmer - the rules files could use a review.

Second, dh-make-golang set Maintainer to this list, and established Alioth paths for VCS*. I'm fine with that. If you are as well, can I get access to the pkg-go project on Alioth?
