[pkg-go] Bug#842755: dh-golang: DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_EXTRA can't handle symlinks

While trying to use DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_EXTRA to install test fixtures for
golang-procfs, I noticed that dh_golang did not copy symlinks, making tests
fail.
