Hi there.  I've run into some C code while trying to package the Google Certificate
Transparency library.  I haven't seen this in a while but he author uses .cc as a
file extension and this isn't recognised by dh-golang.

Attached is a patch, which also adds .hh as an extension which I believe is something
also in use.
