[pkg-go] Bug#847997: Bug#847997: golang-github-jessevdk-go-flags-dev: Cannot bo co-installed golang-go-flags-dev

Hi Hilko.  Hey thanks for the bug report.  Looks like it's totally my fault for not double checking that this package was not already in Debian under an old name.

I think I'll probably ask the FTP Masters very nicely to remove the new package rather than mess with the reverse dependencies.
