[pkg-go] Strange build failure on ppc64 only

I see. I guess I will remove ppc64 then as the package never built
there. I have no idea where the problem is with ppc64 and cgo and how
much of an effort it would be to make it work, and I must also admit my
focus lies elsewhere at the moment.
