[pkg-go] Bug#855509: golang-cfssl: /usr/bin/mkbundle already used by mono-devel

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files.
Since mono-devel uses this binary name for a long time already,
you will have to rename the clashing binary in the newly introduced
package.
