[pkg-go] Bug#855837: golang-petname: Do not include in stretch at request of maintainer

I uploaded this as a dependency of LXD which unfortunately we did not finish
packaging in time for the Stretch freeze. As such, unless someone else is
prepared to help support it, and/or users of this package come out of the
woodwork, I do not think we should include this library in Stretch.
