[pkg-go] Self intro and RE: CRI-O in Debian

Hi list,

I'm a redhatter and fedora packager. I maintain a few
golang based packages on Fedora, RHEL and CentOS, and I'd like to package CRI-O for Debian.

This is in response to Jonathan Yu's post about the same topic at
https://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-go-maintainers/Week-of-Mon-20170501/012123.html

I've had off-list conversations with Jonathan about this, and I'll go ahead
with this for now, Jonathan and others are more than welcome to help me out
whenever they get the chance.

I'm only beginning with debian packaging and I'll most likely need help from others
on the list, beers will be owed of course :)
