[pkg-go] Jessie backport for golang-github-tent-http-link-go-dev

Hi all,

Just to let you know that I am going to prepare a jessie backport of
golang-github-tent-http-link-go-dev as a dependency for an unrelated
package. The backport builds fine in a jessie-backports chroot with
minor adjustments.

If there are any comments or suggestions please just let me know,
otherwise I will make an upload in a few days.
