[pkg-go] Gophercloud

Hi Tim, et al.

For the newest version of prometheus, I need a new dependency:
github.com/gophercloud/gophercloud/

I see that Tim packaged golang-github-rackspace-gophercloud, which seems
to be an older version of the same thing.. But they seem to have some
api incompatible changes (and the new project explictly says there are
no api compatibility guarantees, ffs).

So, should I prepare a new source package, or should we try to upgrade
from the current one?
