[pkg-go] github.com/Sirupsen/logrus

Hey!

"Sirupsen" renamed its GitHub account to "sirupsen". New Go packages may
now require "github.com/sirupsen/logrus" instead of
"github.com/Sirupsen/logrus". I have pushed a commit for the package to
add a symbolic link.

However, there is a side effect. The day the package is updated to
provide directly "github.com/sirupsen/logrus", there are two things to
do:

 - make "github.com/Sirupsen/logrus" a symbolic link to
   "github.com/sirupsen/logrus"
 - use dpkg-maintscript-helper symlink_to_dir/dir_to_symlink

I don't think there is a better way, but just in case, I'll wait a day
before doing the upload.
