Dear FTP Masters,

Sorry, I didn't realize that old golang-osext source package got
renamed as golang-github-kardianos-osext, perhaps accidentally, but it
is all good because "golang-github-kardianos-osext" is a much better
source package name that conforms to moderm pkg-go packaging
standards.  :-)

So, yes, please remove my upload of "golang-osext" in the NEW queue.
I will revise the packaging in the existing Git repository to make
sure our next upload has the correct and newer source package name
"golang-github-kardianos-osext".
