the Prometheus 1.6.3 package ships an outdated /etc/default/prometheus
file mentioning options that were removed in Prometheus 1.6.0 according
to https://www.robustperception.io/new-features-in-prometheus-1-6-0/.

Please update it to reflect the current versions options.
