[pkg-go] Bug#876878: (no subject)

I'm not sure why, but this package got dropped from unstable. Aside from buildd
reporting Maybe-Failed, I'm not finding any reason for the removal. Even
reproducible-builds seems happy with the last upload.

Regardless, I uploaded a package that fixes this issue. Once it passes through
NEW, this bug will be resolved. Once this bug is resolved and the migration
happens, builds in testing will become reproducible as well.
