[pkg-go] Removing golang-bitbucket-pkg-inflect?

Hey Anthony,

thanks for maintaining golang-bitbucket-pkg-inflect and its various forks.

In https://people.debian.org/~stapelberg//2017/10/22/pkg-go-upstreams.html,
I identified that golang-bitbucket-pkg-inflect is the only package
where upstream uses a different VCS than git.

Given that no other package currently in Debian references
golang-bitbucket-pkg-inflect anymore (setting aside the
Breaks/Replaces relationship of the replacement packages), I’d say we
could remove the package from sid/testing and treat its repository as
archived, freeing us from any worries about non-git upstream VCS :).

Do you agree? If yes, could you please file the request for removal?
