[pkg-go] Bug#886761: FTBFS[s390x]: textflag.h: No such file or directory

Source: golang-golang-x-net-dev
Version: 1:0.0+git20170629.c81e7f2+dfsg-1
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source

I noted a few packages failing to build from source on s390x, and tracked down
the cause to this package:

# golang.org/x/net/internal/socket
src/golang.org/x/net/internal/socket/sys_linux_s390x.s:5:10: fatal error: textflag.h: No such file or directory
 #include "textflag.h"
          ^~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.

It seems the source is meant to be compiled with golang-go (which includes
textflag.h), but we are compiling with gccgo, and thus it fails.
