[pkg-go] Bug#886816: RM: zap -- RoM; not used + duplicate package

This package is a duplicate of golang-go.uber-zap.

After discussion in #886816, we decided to remove src:zap.

Marking this as RoM because:
 - I am a member of the team
 - It was discussed with src:zap's original uploader

It has no reverse dependencies.

Please remove it from the archive.
