[pkg-go] team website migrated to gitlab pages on salsa

Thanks for doing the move.

I think the lack of a “just-works” HTTPS certificate is actually a blocker
for using the new repository, especially as I can’t seem to access the
website via plain HTTP either.

Let’s not disable the old repository just now.
