[pkg-go] dh-make-golang shows already packed packages as unpackaged

With about 1000 Go library packages at this point, no single individual
will be able to keep track of them all :).
The existing package was only converted to use XS-Go-Import-Path very
recently:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-go/packages/golang-github-smartystreets-goconvey.git/commit/?id=1f9c71ee61da169a39d36a34b63ea5cd8832bee8
I just verified the package is visible to dh-make-golang:
% dh-make-golang search goconvey
golang-github-smartystreets-goconvey-dev: github.com/smartystreets/goconvey
Hence, if you run dh-make-golang again, it should warn you appropriately.
The good news is that I was working through packages lacking
XS-Go-Import-Path over the last few days and I’m down to about 20. Once
those are changed, dh-make-golang’s search will be precise.
