[pkg-go] Bug#891032: Bug#891032: golang-gopkg-gcfg.v1-dev: ships a copy of files already in golang-gopkg-warnings.v0-dev

Thanks for the report. I’m aware of this: I recently introduced the
warnings.v0 package in order to remove the vendored code from gcfg.v1. I
was waiting for the archive to catch up before uploading the fixed version,
which I’ll do in a minute.
