[pkg-go] irtt_0.9.0-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

Hi Michael, could you upload irtt 0.9.0-2 for me? Obviously if there’s anything else wrong I’ll fix it.

It's my hope that it could make it in before the March 1 feature freeze for Ubuntu, but I don’t know if it’s possible now…
