[pkg-go] Bug#891714: missing /bin/busybox

Hi,

While testdriving debos with the rpi3 recipe was encountered
that /bin/busybox is missing

Error in context:
| root at yanur:/src/githubclones/debos-recipes/debian/arm64/image-rpi3# debos debimage-rpi3.yaml 
| 2018/02/28 08:13:57 open failed: /bin/busybox - open /bin/busybox: no such file or directory

Searching which package contains /bin/busybox
| $ apt-file search /bin/busybox
| busybox: /bin/busybox
| busybox-static: /bin/busybox

Which one to use?
Or are both fine?
