[pkg-go] Moving to the salsa-hosted team website

The repository hosted at:
 - https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/website/

Produces the website at:
 - https://go-team.pages.debian.net/website/

I suggest that we take down the website (maybe replace it with links
pointing to the new one) hosted at:
 - https://pkg-go.alioth.debian.org

The following places (at least) point to the Alioth website:
 - https://github.com/Debian/dh-make-golang/blob/master/README.md
 - https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianGoTeam
 - https://wiki.debian.org/MichaelStapelberg/GoPackaging

Michael, can you point the Alioth website to the new one?

I think that a message stating that the website has moved, with a link,
is sufficient.
