Not in testing *yet* (that is the purpose of this bug), but it would
break it if allowed to migrate.

From the fundamental point of tracking dependencies and such,
golang-github-weaveworks-mesh needs an appropriate Breaks:
prometheus-alertmanager (< $the_next_version) or something along those
lines.

Ack. (So from the practical point of view, I am not sure if the Breaks
is worth the effort, but I leave you to judge that).
