[pkg-go] golang-1.10 issues on mips

Hi,

golang-1.10 has been failing to build on mips for a while with similar
issues
(https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=golang-1.10&arch=mips),
which is blocking testing migration.

The thing is that we have so far failed to reproduce them on porter
boxes. Can you please give it back to see if another buildd succeeds?
Does the mips porters have any idea on why this could be?
